Announcing the Newest MAM Mini-grant Recipients!
It has been a whirlwind of the end of the semester for me, and we have had to take a break from our usual blog posts every 40 days. But the school year is finally over and we are very happy to announce our latest round of MAM mini-grant recipients!

These various workshops are designed to instruct various Mayan language speaking community members to learn to read and write using the Maya script, and to learn about the calendars used by their ancestors. We are very proud of the work these instructors are continuing as a way of encouraging cultural pride and language preservation!
